Driver Profiles
Starting his racing career at the age of 9, Jacob Ossenfort earned numerous track titles in the Karting ranks before moving on to Sprint Car racing. In 2008 Jake's first full season of Sprint Car Racing led him to his local track of the Black Hills Speedway racing in the American Sprint Car Series Rocky Mountain Region. On August 1, 2008 Jake earned his first Sprint Car Feature Event at the Black Hills Speedway's half mile track.
At the age of 16 Jake's first full season of Sprint Car action positioned him in a final ranking of seventh in the 2008 American Sprint Car Series Rocky Mountain Region. Throughout the year, Jake continued to be successful, placing with several top ten finishes his first year of racing. The extensive schedule of the Rocky Mountain series led Jake and his team to Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico, and Wyoming.
In 2009, Jake was able to attend every show of the American Sprint Car Series Rocky Mountain Region racing schedule. Not only did Jake participate at every event, he also claimed the title of the “ASCS Rocky Mountain Champion”, making Jake the youngest champion in ASCS History.
Jake is looking forward to another great year of racing and finishing his busy schedule in his last year of high school.
